Five Steps to our Interior System
1. Estimate
- Prompt appointments and time.
- On request consult and help with colors choice and wall coverings
- Introduction of services offered
- Ascertain customer's colors and products needed
- Professional proposals faxed, emailed, or delivered
2. Set Up
- Introduction of customer to crew members
- Walk thru rooms and areas to be painted with customer and crew leader
- Large furniture moved to center of room and covered with plastic
- All flooring covered with dropcloths
- All switch plates, door knobs, handles, and window locks removed from trim before prep and paint
- Seal doorways of work areas to contain dust
3. Prep Work
- Walls and trim sanded and dusted
- Holes and cracks repaired
- Gaps in trim to wall caulked
- Water stains and wall repairs spot primed
4. Painting
- Ceiling and walls are painted with brush and roll
- Clean, straight lines between ceiling, walls, and trim
- All trim tack clothed before applying premium oil enamels with ox hairbrushes
- Wet inspection and touchups are completed before crew cleans up
4. Clean Up
- All tools and equipment removed
- Floors vacuumed or swept before moving furniture back
- Wall fixtures and hardware replaced
- All trash and cans removed
- Touch up paint labeled and left with customer
